Refund Policy
Electronic Commerce Act Article 17
Consumers who have entered into a purchase contract with a telecommunication sales company can withdraw their purchase contract within seven (7) days of the purchase.
Electronic Commerce Act Article 35
Unilateral terms set by the seller that are disadvantageous to the consumer are not legally effective.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Available Even Within 7 Days of Purchase
Please note that refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances, even if the request is made within 7 days of purchase:
If the packaging or the product itself is damaged due to consumer negligence.
If the value of the product is diminished due to consumer negligence.
If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase and the product is likely to lose value over time.
For custom-made products, especially those individually tailored to the consumer's requirements, refunds may be restricted if the products cannot be resold to others or if their value is significantly diminished.
(For example, in cases of one-on-one custom-made items, refunds or exchanges due to simple change of mind or other reasons are not allowed, except in the case of product defects.)
If the purchased product is not officially distributed by CROSSPUTT or recognized offline stores authorized by CROSSPUTT's headquarters.
If the receipt is lost or damaged, or if proof of purchase cannot be provided, refunds may be restricted. (Refunds are available if proof of purchase is provided.)
Refunds for False Information in Product Descriptions or Product Defects in Custom-Made Items
If there is false, exaggerated, or manipulated information on the product's detailed page, or if critical facts are omitted or incorrectly presented, causing consumer misunderstanding.
For custom-made products, refunds can only be requested within 7 days of the delivery date if the product has a defect.
