Exchange and Return Information
* The request for exchange and return of the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

* The CROSSPUTT putter has a black color identity as a design element, and due to the nature of painting, it may cause wear and tear depending on the handling method, and may be slightly more prominent than other products in the event of wear or scratch due to the color, which corresponds to paid A/S, not exchange or return.
* Products with damaged product value cannot be exchanged or returned.
* Consumers have to pay for exchange and return shipping due to a simple change of mind without defects in the product.
(In case of exchange or return due to a simple change of mind, it is possible only when the packaging condition and contents are maintained at the time of purchase.)
* We are responsible for the exchange and return shipping costs due to defects in the product.
* If the delivered item is different from what you ordered or if it is different from the information provided by the shopping mall, you can exchange or return it.
* Complaints and A/S for Logitech products are in accordance with the Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations (Ministry of Finance and Economy Notice 2003-18).
CROSSPUTT A/S Application Guide
Warranty service can be applied through the headquarters, and the time required is within 7 days including the delivery period. The period may be extended depending on club status and stock conditions.
◆ Based on free A/S
A free warranty means that the product is abnormal and damaged during normal use within the warranty period, and the compensation standard is applied/compliant, and repairs are made free of charge in accordance with the CROSSPUTT A/S application standard.
*The warranty period applies one year from the date of purchase by the customer.*.
* A/S is not possible even if it is a product of CROSSPUTT or if it is not distributed by the head office and an offline store recognized by the head office, and even if it is a genuine club of CROSSPUTT, if the purchase date cannot be confirmed, it will be treated as paid A/S.
* A/S is not possible even if it is a product of CROSSPUTT or not distributed by CROSSPUTT's headquarters and its official importer, and even if it is a genuine club of CROSSPUTT, if the purchase date cannot be confirmed due to lack of receipts and other evidence, it will be treated as paid A/S.
* Even if the product is confirmed to be genuine by CROSSPUTT, clubs that have been arbitrarily repaired and fitted by companies other than our AS center cannot be repaired even during the free warranty period
* If the shaft replacement is replaced to change the club's specification at the request of the user during the free warranty period, it will be paid regardless of the free warranty period.
* Various surface repairs (painting) or everyday and universal wear-resistant A/S are not applicable.
* Prices and product model designations that apply to free, paid, and exchanged are determined according to our standards.
* If there is no replacement product due to discontinuation, repair may not be possible
* Regarding painting on the club, the painting is naturally worn depending on the conditions and frequency of use, but it does not affect the performance of the product. In addition, damage caused by natural wear is not covered by the free warranty.
* Parts and replaced parts must be returned to us after repair after free or free warranty.
* The customer is responsible for the delivery cost incurred when receiving after-sales service. Other round trip costs are borne by the customer if you use quick service delivery.
